Maintenance of wheat germ by means of cold atmospheric plasma

Dr Maryam Hashemi, assistant professor of agricultural biotechnology research institute of Iran (ABRII), and the supervisor of the cold plasma project declared a recent quadripartite contract in order to development of plasma applications in food & agricultural industries. The mentioned agreement called as “feasibility of industrial utilization of cold atmospheric plasma technology so as to inhibition of lipolytic activity as well as higher maintenance of wheat germ” in which four well known organization and companies participated including ABRII (promotes the basic science of cold plasma applications), Kavoshyaran company (manufacturer of cold plasma facilities), Zar company (as an industrial field of investment and customer for applications) and also Iran nanotechnology initiative council.
